We offer many options with the financing of your Optimal Treatment Plan. Our financial staff is experienced in working with nearly every insurance company and plan in our area. We can help you ESTIMATE your benefits and will do everything possible to help you maximize your benefits. Certain procedures may require a down payment for our laboratory services.

 We offer a 5% DISCOUNT for pretreatment payment in CASH or CHECK

 We have now teamed with CareCredit to offer our patients third party financing with interest free or extended terms up to 60 months.
